Step-by-step guide to installing fring on your Nokia N800/N810 device*
Open http://www.fring.com/linux/N810.install on your handset's browser.
Click the OK option
If the next screen appears, click OK
Click OK to install fring
Within a few seconds, the handset accesses the website. fring is downloaded to your handset and you are ready to begin the installation process.
Note: This process may take a few seconds.
Once you have finished the installation, the following screen appears and you are ready to start using fring.
You’re now ready to enjoy some real fringing freedom!
* If you have MAEMO Diablo version, you need to do the following before installing fring:
1.
Open the catalogs window in Application manager.
2.
Disable Maemo Extras catalog which has empty Distribution field in it's properties.
3.
Refresh catalogs.
