Hi - I upgraded the firmware on my E51 - and when i loaded fring back up - it will NOT allow me to enter my old user ID - Only a new account creation is possible - which is locked to my phone number - Has anyone else experienced this problem and how do I get access to my own account

Hello.

You need to uninstall fring and delete all fring related SMS messages from your handset's inbox.

Then, download fring directly to your handset by WAP or install it via PC.
